Delivery services are provided by Pudo.

Flat rate of R75 for parcels under 2kg.

Flat rate of R110 for parcels more than 4 – 10kg
Delivery in Bloemfontein is free of charge.

Products will only be delivered (or available for collection where prior arrangements have been made) once payment has been confirmed by Bespoke Earth.

The products will be dispatched with a tracking number which will be provided to you. The courier will notify you when the parcel will be delivered.

Post Offices Box addresses are not accepted by couriers.

Any complaint regarding short delivery or defects discoverable on reasonable inspection must be communicated, the same day of delivery at hello@bespokeearth.co.za / 064 706 9505.
